HEALTH AND GUARANTEE

Everyday Pets and Birds warrants that, at the time of delivery, the bird(s) are in good health, with no symptoms of disease or parasites. We guarantee the bird(s) to be free of viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections and of all congenital defects.

Buyer is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a licensed avian veterinarian of his/her choice within 3-5 business days from the time of delivery to verify the health of the bird or birds. If during this period, the bird(s) are found to have a condition which affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining veterinarian, all laboratory tests and results shall be made available to mega bird breeder’ attending veterinarian who must concur with the diagnosis. Upon verification of this condition, and upon return of the bird(s), mega bird breeder agrees, at it’s discretion, to either refund to buyer the full purchase price or replace the said bird with a bird of the same specie, sex (if known) and approximate age. This guarantee is void if leg band(s) have been removed.

Health Guarantee of Our Birds

We have the strongest bird guarantee in the country, and more importantly, we stand behind our guarantee. The guarantee is simple: We guarantee that we are selling you a perfectly healthy bird. To verify that guarantee, within five days you need to go to an Avian Vet and get any and all testing you prefer to do on your bird, at your expense. We can guide you as to the tests we suggest. If the results are not perfect but the bird can be easily treated, then we pay for all medications and all treatment. If the results are unacceptable then we either replace your bird or refund 100% of the purchase price of your bird, at our option.
